- Turn Signal Mode (Priority Override): When the driver activates the turn signal, the internal controller instantly cuts off White light and flashes high-intensity Amber (3.0W, 300 LM) synchronously with the vehicle flasher relay.
- Automatic Reset: Once the turn signal is canceled, White DRL automatically restores after an integrated 1.0-second delay, preventing rapid color switching between flashes.
- 100% Wireless Direct Plug: No external ACC wiring harness, no engine firewall pass-through, and no wire splicing required.
The 7443-54L14 is engineered with a standard electrical load (White 2.0W / Amber 3.0W) without internal power-wasting dummy load resistors to maintain cool operating temperatures and maximum LED lifespan. For vehicles equipped with mechanical or thermal flasher relays that experience hyper-flashing or dashboard bulb-out warnings, adding an external gold aluminum load resistor across the turn signal circuit is recommended:
• 12V Electrical Systems: Connect a 25W 10 Ohm gold aluminum load resistor in parallel with the Amber turn signal circuit.
• 24V Heavy-Duty / Commercial Vehicles: Connect a 25W 27 Ohm gold aluminum load resistor in parallel with the Amber turn signal circuit.
Note: Only connect load resistors across the intermittent turn signal circuit; never connect load resistors to continuous DRL circuits.
