Product Overview: T4W-4L Miniature Bayonet BA9s LED Indicator Bulb
The MIDCARS T4W-4L is an industrial-grade miniature bayonet LED indicator bulb engineered with a robust shatterproof clear polycarbonate (PC) protective cover and 4 high-efficiency SMD 2835 LEDs. Designed to replace traditional incandescent T3-1/4, 1895, and 64111 miniature lamps, this bulb delivers stable, glare-free optical dispersion with exceptional resistance to continuous mechanical vibration, moisture, and thermal cycling.
Featuring our comprehensive discrete voltage range architecture (available in dedicated 6.3V, 12V, 24V, 30V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 75V, 100–130V, and 200–240V AC/DC configurations), the T4W-4L bridges the gap between automotive cabin/dashboard instrumentation and heavy-duty industrial automation switchgear, marine pilot panels, and aviation ground equipment.
Precision Engineering: Dimensional Blueprint & Socket Profile
Engineered to standard miniature bayonet dimensions (D10 × 28mm), ensuring 100% plug-and-play mechanical compatibility into standard BA9s sockets as well as optional offset-pin BAY9s and BAX9s fixtures:

Photometric Color Temperature & Emission Options
Available in factory-calibrated optical grades to meet diverse human-machine interface (HMI) signaling standards and vintage instrument cluster backlighting:
Industrial & Automotive Equipment Cross-Reference
The T4W-4L serves as a direct drop-in replacement for both standard automotive miniature bayonet bulbs and specialized industrial machinery pilot lamps:
- Automotive Instrument Clusters: Direct equivalent to European & American automotive standards including T4W, BA9, BA9s, 53, 57, 182, 257, 363, 756, 1445, 1815, 1891, 1892, 1893, 1895, 3893, and 64111.
- Industrial Switchgear & Control Panels: Designed to replace legacy industrial incandescent pilot lamps including T3-1/4 miniature bayonet tubular lamps (10×28mm), Schneider/Telemecanique DL1-CE130 (130V), BT28 series switchgear signal indicators (BT28.024.083), and 6V–240V MBC indicator assemblies.
- Marine, Rail & Heavy Equipment: Fully compatible with 24V marine navigation panels, 36V/48V/75V railway signaling consoles, and plant annunciator warning stacks.
