The T15-20L is an ultra-slim solid-state tubular E14 LED appliance bulb engineered to directly replace legacy 15W to 25W incandescent and halogen small Edison screw bulbs. With a compact envelope measuring just Φ15mm in outer diameter and 48mm in overall length, it effortlessly clears the tightest internal lamp housings found in commercial freezers, residential refrigerator cooling cabinets, range hood extractors, and decorative carnival ride fixtures.
At its optical core, the bulb features a cylindrical tower carrying 18 to 20 precision SMD 3014 LEDs protected by a high-transparency optical polycarbonate shell. This radial 360-degree emitter distribution eliminates directional shadow blindspots, casting 160 lumens of uniform, glare-free light across food storage compartments or through amusement park faceted cabochon lenses.
Discrete Multi-Voltage Platforms (12VDC to 240VAC)
To satisfy diverse global OEM equipment and specialized amusement entertainment systems, the T15-20L series is manufactured with discrete, dedicated internal driver circuits:
- 10-36VDC Low-Voltage Circuit: Engineered for marine cabin refrigerators, off-grid battery systems, and low-voltage industrial equipment consoles.
- 60VAC-DC Dedicated Fairground Platform: Specially built for European carnival rides, theme park carousels, and fairground cabochon light strings operating on 60V transformer loops (equipped with 18 high-voltage binned SMD 3014 LEDs).
- 100-130VAC Mains Circuit: Direct plug-and-play retrofit for North American, Japanese, and 120V household refrigerators, freezers, and microwave range hoods.
- 200-240VAC Mains Circuit: Standard 230V European and UK domestic appliance specification replacing conventional pygmy/tubular tungsten lamps.
