The MIDCARS Custom Bolt-On Miniature LED Light (ZS-BOLT-3L) represents our specialized OEM/ODM contract manufacturing capabilities for exterior automotive and motorcycle auxiliary lighting. Engineered to meet client-specific mounting constraints and harsh environmental requirements, this assembly integrates a compact threaded stud body with a lateral optical window and a 1-meter submersible-grade wire harness terminated with a quick-disconnect sealed waterproof connector.

1. Mechanical & Thread Sizing
Threaded stud length, bolt diameter (M6, M8, M10, or UNC threads), and hex locknut dimensions tailored to fit various bumper, fender, or bracket mounting thicknesses.
2. Operating Voltage & Circuitry
Internal constant-current regulation configurable for 6V vintage systems, 12V automotive circuits, or 24VDC heavy-vehicle electrical platforms with surge suppression.
3. Optical & Color Configuration
Available in 6500K Xenon White (license plate illumination), 3000K Warm White, Brilliant Red (rear marker / brake auxiliary), and Amber Yellow (turn indicator).
4. Harness Length & Waterproofing
Standard 1-meter cable or customized lengths (from 30cm to 3m). Terminations available with sealed quick-disconnect plugs, pin terminals, or tinned bare leads.

- Full Solid-State Encapsulation: The internal PCB and solder joints are 100% potted with automotive-grade optical epoxy resin, providing complete IP67/IP68 ingress protection against high-pressure washdowns and road salt immersion.
- Corrosion-Resistant Metal Housing: CNC-machined metal housing finished with protective black anodizing to prevent galvanic corrosion when fastened against steel or aluminum vehicle panels.
- Vibration-Proof Stud Mounting: The threaded stud and matching hex nut provide positive mechanical retention that will not loosen under heavy engine or terrain vibration.
