The MIDCARS FS3P-615V is a compact 3-speed LED flash (strobe) controller that turns ordinary LED bulbs into adjustable strobe warning lights. It delivers 30 / 60 / 90 FPM selectable flash rates across a wide DC 6-12V / 24-30V input and drives 1-20W LED loads — ideal for motorcycle turn signals, hazard lights and industrial safety warning lamps.

Built into a rugged ABS enclosure (49 × 27 × 16 mm), it connects through a 3-wire harness with red quick T-tap connectors, so installation takes minutes with no cutting or splicing of the original vehicle wiring. CE (EMC) and RoHS compliant, backed by a 2-year factory warranty.
