Replacing traditional 1156 halogen bulbs with 1156 LED bulbs offers the following key benefits:

Purchasing and Usage Precautions
Confirm the model number: This is the most critical step! Before purchasing, be sure to remove the old bulb from your vehicle and confirm that it is indeed an 1156 model,
not 1157, 7506, 1003, or other models. Misreading even one number will prevent installation.
2. Distinguish between positive and negative poles: 1156 bulbs have a single contact, but they have a positive and negative pole. Typically, the contact is positive (+) and the metal housing is negative (-).
If the bulb doesn't light after installation, it's likely due to reversed polarity. Simply rotate the bulb 180 degrees and reinsert it.
3. CANBUS/Decoding Issues: Modern cars have a computer-controlled detection circuit (CANBUS system). When you replace a high-energy halogen bulb with a low-energy LED,
the onboard computer may mistakenly interpret it as a "burned-out bulb" and display a fault light on the instrument panel. The solution is to purchase an 1156 LED bulb with a built-in decoder resistor,
or purchase a separate decoder/load resistor and connect it in parallel with the circuit.
4. Light Color Selection: Choose the correct light color for your application. For example, red for brake and reverse lights, amber (yellow) for turn signals, and white for reverse lights.
